Raquel B. Gómez-Coca works since 2009 as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Characterization and Quality of Lipids of the Instituto de la Grasa -CSIC in Sevilla (Spain). She has specialized in vegetable oil analysis, in particular in procedures referring to olive oil quality and purity, where she uses cutting-edge techniques focused on the field of fraud detection.
